Cost-effective production of small series, large series and one-off items using deep-drawing processes for plastics.

The double-wall twin-sheet technique makes it possible to combine different types of thermoplastic sheets. In this way the outer and inner shells can have different shapes, which are automatically welded together during the production process.

The cavities thus formed have excellent shock-absorbing properties. It is also possible to produce double-sided moulded parts and cavities.
